The rules are simple… each day there is a different word, for every letter, there is a corresponding exercise. Do the exercise, followed by the next letter, and so on until the word is complete. Rest for 1 minute, then repeat the word (and rest) another 2 times until 3 reps have been completed.
20 sit ups, 30 lunges (each leg), 20 calf raises, 20 press ups, 15 burpees, 30 lunges (each leg), & 15 burpees (1 min rest) x3
